Objects may be dropped from an aircraft if:
A.
The aircraft is above 10,000 feet AGL and the object is lighter than 10 pounds
B.
Reasonable precautions are taken to avoid injury or damage to persons or property on the ground
C.
An FAA waiver has been obtained before each drop operation
