To act as PIC of a tailwheel airplane, a pilot must:
A.
Hold a separate tailwheel category rating from the FAA
B.
Have received flight training and a logbook endorsement from an authorized instructor who found them proficient in tailwheel operations including normal/crosswind takeoffs and landings, and wheel landings if applicable
C.
Have logged 10 hours of supervised tailwheel time
