A sport pilot certificate allows the pilot to fly:
A.
Any single-engine aircraft under 12,500 lbs during the day in VFR conditions
B.
Light sport aircraft (LSA) in Class G and E airspace, during daylight VFR only, with no more than one passenger — and without a medical if they hold a valid driver's license
C.
Any aircraft under 4,000 lbs in uncontrolled airspace only
