The same as FAR minimums — set by regulation for each certificate level

Self-imposed weather and performance limits set by the pilot above the regulatory minimums, based on their own skill, experience, and recency — they should be more conservative than the FARs allow
C.
Minimums set by the aircraft manufacturer in the POH
