Under BasicMed, a pilot may act as PIC of an aircraft with no more than:
A.
4 occupants at altitudes up to 14,000 feet MSL
B.
5 occupants (including the pilot) at altitudes up to 18,000 feet MSL at 250 knots or less
C.
6 occupants at any altitude with no airspeed restriction
